Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce and toss to coat.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Beef Tacos

Beef Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 taco shells
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sliced olives (optional)
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Salsa (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  4. Fill each taco shell with beef mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and any other desired toppings.
  5. Serve immediately with sour cream and salsa on the side.
