Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Beef Tacos
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 taco shells
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
- Shredded cheese
- Sliced olives (optional)
- Sour cream (optional)
- Salsa (optional)
Instructions:
- In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
- Fill each taco shell with beef mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and any other desired toppings.
- Serve immediately with sour cream and salsa on the side.
